Mosaic Church is making a lasting difference in the STL Metro East by leading people to Know God, Love Others and Serve the World. We are one church in two locations, Highland and Breese, IL. Our newly launched Breese Campus (March 2020) is starting to make waves in the Clinton County region, and you can be a part of this growing and dynamic church!

You are:
- Talented and have strong musical experience with guitar and/or keys.
- Organized and efficient...especially with time management under sometimes stressful situations.
- And excellent oral communicator.
- A multi-tasking team player with high energy, strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Proficient in the knowledge of a sound system...or willing to learn...video aptitude is a plus!
You will be:
- Responsible for leading the musical portions of the service.
- Recruiting, building, training and rehearsing with a worship team.
- Troubleshooting any sound issues along the way.

- Experienced in leading a high-energy worship service.
- Naturally welcoming and engaging.
- Willing to do whatever it takes to make sure Sundays are the best day of the week for people!
